布団用 羽毛計量吹込みマシン Y&Y-FS-SNの特徴 YY&Y-FS-SN-INVは特別設計された風圧型ブロアーマシンで風の量と羽毛の搬送量を合理的に配分した 羽毛吹込みマシンです。特別設計による透明サイクロンにて混入した重い塵を取り羽毛を撹拌しながら 吹き込む最適なマシンです。また、このモデルから新たにモーターをインバータ制御することで風量を 可変でき、更に高頻度用ブレーキ抵抗器による停止時間の短縮、ブレーキの過熱や摩耗の低減ができる ようになりました。 ※フットペダルを踏むだけで誰にでも簡単に操作出来ます。 ※透明サイクロンにて塵取り、撹拌、目視、OK。 ※分解及び組立が数分ででき、展示会場等の移動輸送が楽に行えます。 ※能力：作業者２名にて立体式羽毛布団20マスのものが１日100枚程度吹込み出来ます。 （８時間稼働）

Use'ful for Feather Bedding FEATHER INTRUDING & COUNTING MACHINEﾕS FEATURES Y&Y-FS-SN-INV is a specially designed wind pressure type blower machine, which rationally distributes the amount of wind and the amount of feather transport. This machine is specially designed to take heavy dust mixed in the transparent cyclone and blow it while stirring the feathers. In addition, from this model, it is possible to change the air volume by controlling the motor with an inverter, and to shorten the stop time by the brake resistor and reduce overheating and wear of the brake. ＊Eaey operation at the touch of a pedal. ＊Clear cyclone separator removes particles of dust and dirt from the down, stirs and 　agitates the down as it is being inserted, and allows for easy observation of the entire 　process. ＊Assembly & Disassembly within a few minutes, easily transported to exhibition halls or 　other locations.
