布団用 羽毛計量吹込みマシン Y&Y-FS-SNの特徴 Y&Y-FS-SNは特別設計された風圧型ブロアーマシンで風の量と羽毛の搬送量を合理的に配分した羽毛吹込みマシンです。又、特別設計による透明サイクロンにて羽毛素材の流動等が確認でき、重い塵を取り羽毛を撹拌しながら布団に吹き込む最適なマシンです。 吹込み操作は、フットペダルのON,OFFで行います。又筒先は着脱交換が容易にでき２種類の交換ノズルが付属します。 ※フットペダルを踏むだけで誰にでも簡単に操作出来ます。 ※透明サイクロンにて塵取り、撹拌、目視、OK。 ※分解及び組立が数分ででき、展示会場等の移動輸送が楽に行えます。 ※能力：作業者２名にて立体式羽毛布団20マスのものが１日100枚程度吹込み出来ます。 （Y&Y-FS-SNで８時間稼働）

Use'ful for Feather Bedding FEATHER INTRUDING & COUNTING MACHINEﾕS FEATURES The Y&Y-FS-FN is a specially designed blower for efficient and　accurate filling with down feathers. In addition to the effectiveness of its filling system, a clear cyclone separator allows the flow of down materials to be observed as particles of dirt and dust are removed and the down is agitated and stirred before being inserted into coverlets. A foot pedal marked ON and OFF permits the operator to freely regulate the flow, and nozzle of the feeder is easily removed for use with either of two different types of nozzles. ＊Eaey operation at the touch of a pedal. ＊Clear cyclone separator removes particles of dust and dirt from the down, stirs and 　agitates the down as it is being inserted, and allows for easy observation of the entire 　process. ＊Assembly & Disassembly within a few minutes, easily transported to exhibition halls 　or other locations.
